I've now barreled through the first three seasons of THE IT CROWD on Netflix, and I'm fairly certain that I have now adopted the binge-watching bug.
Man, Chris O'Dowd and Richard Aoyade play off each other to comic gold sometimes!

Have you seen Garth Marenghi's Darkplace btw? Aoyade and Matt Berry both star in a mockumentary on a horror/hospital soap to hilarious effect. So it's like a mockumentary on top of like a Dark Shadows/General Hospital combo.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

I've not seen it, but I like Aoyade enough to look that up. Thanks!

Darkplace is awesome. If you ever watched Lars Von Trier's tv show The Kingdom, its like a spoof of that. Aoyade has also been in a number of Mighty Boosh episodes as well.

Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.

... I don't get SoA up here....
Past seasons are rerun on FX and the latest season(s) are on Superchannel (OD and rerun), subject to your cable subscriber package if you have one but if you're on Bell or Rogers you have the options.
I like the show enough to pay the extra dollars for a few months, then cancel the channel when i'm caught up.

Just got done watching ep 1 if Helix. I was impressed with it myself. I set ep 2&3 to DVR tonight.
Ed: so now a few hrs later and I've watched ep2. So far so good I think. It's got a nice horror/mystery vibe going.
Eded: have now watched ep 3 from last night. Yeah this is cool shit.

If you're still watching, it's been a bit of a slow ride, but it's getting better. Plot holes galore, but the overall story is starting to come thru and it's got some potential for fun.
I would never have expected Jeri Ryan to chew scenery, but there she is, positively mowing down on it.

Oh, I have no interest in watching it. I saw two or three eps when a family member was watching and I did not care for it. Was just using it as an example of something not avail on CAN Netflix that is avail on US Netflix.

What's SoA? Anyone else watch the latest House of Cards? Second season was also entertaining, maybe not as engaging as the first but i liked it. I feel like there should be just one last season of Kevin Spacey's downfall. If they drag it on longer than that then it will loose its quality.
No Touchy.

Finished all 4 seasons of THE IT CROWD, and watched the 2013 finale special last night. It was a perfect send-off to a brilliant comedy show. I could literally listen to Roy and Moss have conversations for hours. Hell, I'd just listen to Moss talk to himself.

Sons of Anarchy. Its about a motoer cycle gang. Its ok pretty easy to watch with the first 2 seasons having very good performances (katie Segal mainly) and a solid plot. Season 3 goes off the rails with season 4 becoming a bit daft. Ive got season 5 sat there ready for me to watch as well as Boardwalk Empire season 3 which is going to be good.
House of Cards I thoroughly enjoyed first time round. Kate Mara is the new invisible woman in the Fantastic Four reboot so I hope shes still involved in the future. Ill have a to block watch house of cards sometime soon.

Hmmm what y'all think about this?
The burn mark that is season 2 of the show is still too raw to consider this new miniseries.

NOOOOOOO! I just found out that USA canceled Psych. This means that there are only 4 episodes left of one of my favorite shows.
