Nope, but it's on my list.

Just watched the finale of The Good Place. This show is what everyone involved with or wants to be involved with TV should watch. So utterly perfect.
Heck everyone should watch it, full stop.

And Maccy, did you sneak into my place and put some not-quite-water in my eyes? Not cool man, not cool.

Vikings.

Crap, I'm like 5 episodes behind now on this final season. This final season has just been a slog and I don't know if I can, or have the desire to, stay on board. 10 episodes to the break, so I'm guessing there are still 10 episodes to go? I may try to eventually get caught up (a very small spark of will is still alive Posted Image). Primarily because I think Rollo is to make an appearance before this last season closes out. Kick rocks if you think that reveal is a spoiler, because I don't know for sure if Rollo is coming back, but I sort of remember seeing him a S6 teaser where there was a quick shot of him, so eff off. Besides, who has two thumbs and doesn't like spoilers?Posted Image

Yes.

First two episodes are a great take on Bram Stoker's Dracula. Third and last episode is something completely else that should probably had been in a second season and kind of ruined the show for me.

But you should definitely check it out.

I have seen the first two episodes and really liked them overall though I think Sister Agatha was a bit overdone.

I stopped watching midway through the 3rd episode when

Right. It was such an idiotic writing idea. And it happens too fast.

Where my poweraniacs at? holla! Tonight is the series finale of Power!

What a ride it's been! You guys know how John Woo movies trademark is the ridiculous gun play - Gun-fu? (gun porn if you will) Well Power is on that level. Maybe not with the same acrobatic, and various angles and gun handling/motion, but damn, Power is on point with the variety of guns and the entry/exit wound w/ blood mist special effects. Shit is cray-cray! Show is violent af.

Tonight should be a humdinger of a finale. Sad to see this show ending.

The Good Place finale was lovely and bittersweet. Such a great site, sad it's over now...

Tried the American Office there, to find a show with short EPs that I can catch on my downtime over here, lasted 12 mins then noped out.

I can hack that faux docu cringe style. Just not for me at all.

I thought it was a great finale. Very Hindu/Buddhist in content.

I teared up at several points because of the well done depiction of the struggle to accept endings.

I will say that Maya Rudolph did not tickle my fancies as the Judge in the series. I thought her character came off as too similar to the humans in the loves pop culture and does a bunch of name drops vein and less of someone who was disinterested enough in humanity to turn it off.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

I don’t know if you want to put the effort in but it takes them a few episodes, or the first season, to get Michael down. It gets better.

The same can be said of season1 Leslie Knope in Parks and Rec

Couldn't make more than 2 EPs of Park and Rec as well. These kinds of shows just don't work for me

Instead of trying to convince you how awesome they are, I'd suggest just starting at season 2 on both. If you still dont like, whatevs.

My god I don’t fucking care and don’t want to have my head beaten over with preaching woke, PC, IP bullshit in my tv shows. It’s just way to out of control now and this shit is going to destroy us.

Lol it's Philadelphia.

'Philadelphia has frequently been labled as the "Mural Capital of the World." After all, the city is home to the world's largest outdoor art gallery, featuring thousands of murals.'

https://www.whiskeyt...-for-street-art

I don't think I ever bothered looking up why it's called 'Fishtown' before.

'Zhuangzi and Huizi were strolling along the bridge over the Hao River. Zhuangzi said, "The minnows swim about so freely, following the openings wherever they take them. Such is the happiness of fish."

Huizi said, "You are not a fish, so whence do you know the happiness of fish?"

Zhuangzi said, "You are not I, so whence do you know I don't know the happiness of fish?"

Huizi said, "I am not you, to be sure, so I don't know what it is to be you. But by the same token, since you are certainly not a fish, my point about your inability to know the happiness of fish stands intact."

Zhuangzi said, "Let's go back to the starting point. You said, 'Whence do you know the happiness of fish?' Since your question was premised on your knowing that I know it, I must have known it from here, up above the Hao River."'

Wish they'd done the Continental Midtown instead of the one in Old City:
