    Could be, my insane love for WoT waned while my love of MBotF and others waxed, but I never doubted the depth of history or mysteries in the books. I was quite a fanatic of it back in the day, before law school and pretty much a major reading break from fantasy lit as a whole.

    That was entertaining. I think you took my comment in a different way than it was meant, but didn't bother continuing in the thread. When I said "not pushing boundaries" I was referring to a more gritty, dirty, sexual, shades of gray sort of epic fantasy, not on complexity.

    Nah, I'd actually think it would be better to jump in on the re-read post GotM, so that you could avoid the more... erratic information it provide.
    I actually might join in with Night, considering I read it in a daze and never really felt comfortable with it, despite knowing everything that was happening through spoilers.
