I mean, AI is literally raping the planet so I guess Trump will be in favour of that!

And to say it's more important than the development of agriculture is truly insane. But it tracks because clearly AI proponents don't actually care about the people whose lives are being affected so why believe that the development of agriculture is that important? It's only food after all.

The fact that anyone thinks that the billionaires are building any of this for the benefit of society as a whole rather than for their own power, wealth and control just shows how well the propaganda is working.

He's constantly jetting off to the US to pucker up to Trump's wrinkled buttcrack and tell the Americans how terrible Britain is, and then talk about how he's a true English patriot.

He is taking his cues from djt right down to the "we're a Christian country!" invective despite it being obvious he's never once picked up a bible.

Oh and it's almost certain that he received Russian money to be a shill. One of his main players in his political party, Nathan Gill, has been sent to prison for that very offence and a lot of Farages speech around Russia sounds very similar to the stuff that Gill was spouting. I doubt they'll ever prove it.

Second purchase - The Tapestry of Fate by Shannon Chakraborty, the sequel to The Adventures of Amina Al Sirafi because ever since I heard there was a sequel, about 20 minutes ago in a different thread, I've wanted it.

    you're welcome!

I think it's the same narrators and they were great!

So Audible offered me an annual subscription that is about £40 cheaper and gives me all 12 credits at once. I took it because yes please and now I'm struggling not to spend them all at once!

First purchase - Blue Remembered Earth by Alastair Reynolds. Why that one? Because Kobna Holdbrook Smith is narrating it so obviously I must have it.

Second purchase - The Tapestry of Fate by Shannon Chakraborty, the sequel to The Adventures of Amina Al Sirafi because ever since I heard there was a sequel, about 20 minutes ago in a different thread, I've wanted it.

Bugger, did I miss your birthday this year? Apologies, hope it was good. In a "Hot Fuzz jumping through the air sideways firing two pistols" kind of way. Followed by sweet rumpty.

Your post in the Good Looking Thread just reminded me of something I think pretty much every time I read of one your posts: Tiste, you are such a nice, sincere and all over great person, from what I can tell, that your existence proves there IS good in the world.
Yes, that was totally random, but deal with it, it had to be said :D
