    Re the lies and gaslighting, they know that there's enough people out there who will unquestioningly go to bat for them. So they provide the lines ("she's a domestic terrorist" and "she shouldn't have tried to run him over" etc) and millions of people will flood the narrative with those points. In the confusion they just keep doing their thing while everyone is arguing.
