    Got my shit together with my weight. It’s not back to where it was but the death spiral is over, I’m heading back in the correct direction. Next week on vacation so all bets are off, but it’s back to it once I get back. Lost my mind for a bit there.

    Grandma had her funeral today. Bummer.

    I have been in full blown out of control eating mode since Christmas. I have put on 75 pounds in that time which doesn’t look like a real number. Back down I go.

    Watching Star Wars with the kids is tricky. What age is old enough? By the time they are absorbing who the characters are just by existing, and want to see it, they are still pretty young. I don’t show my kids much violence and people getting killed on screen, but make an exception for Star Wars. Like my 4 year old knows who everyone is and wants to see it, especially silly the mandalorian, but that show opens with several people getting killed and one of them cut in half. Too much? Acceptable because look how cute grogu is? I don’t know.
