well, the first one was, in my opinion, something of a classic.
The second one was one of the worst £3 i've ever spent.
this one looks....
so-so.

It looks absolutly crap. Really, is that a real trailer? It has none of the atmosphere of the first one, I haven't seen the second one but I heard it was bad.
I think this is going to be tragedy.

trust me, judging by the trailer, it'll be an improvement on the second film.

In that case you should have sued when you saw the sequel.

The second was the mix between the abominable snowman and a heaping pile of steaming turd.
This looks horrible as well, but horrible like the first one in that you HAVE to go see it.

I never even knew there was a second one. The first one is classically funny with the all required at the time of making boob shots in the shower.
Its not like they could ever make a alien tongue in cheek film that rivals Tremors anyway. Not sure why they bothered.

"I think i was a bad person before. Before this time. I do not try to be good now but i am not bad. Perhaps if i try harder i may get a better hand dealt next time? But surely that makes it pointless? Perhaps i am good. Just good at being pointless. But that would make me bad. Bad at having a point. Ah…. I see now. I was nothing before, I am nothing now. I am bad purely because im pointless. "

To me it was scenes like where the drill instructor brakes the big guys arms or puts a knife through the smartass as hand. It's just so rough, got to love it.

I was crushed when hot chick gets speared and dies on the evac.
It's funny but ever since I saw Startship Troopers I've hated Denise Richards. Not just because she's a crap actress, but mainly because she's such a bitch in that movie

Yeah, a cheatin 'ho.
Rico is the man, and what about his big dumb blonde sidekick that's more teeth than anything else....classic.

Sort of trivialized the original novel (not that I liked it) but it also did a pretty good fascism parody/critique so I guess that's alright then. Flashy stuff was pretty cool. Actresses were pretty hot (kinda the point). Was the sequel done by Verhoeven? Probably not worth bothering w/ it otherwise.

Well, it was done in the same style as the first robocop movies, it was a style. The campy feel was intentional.

MEDIC!
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I think that was the film that made me fall in love with Michael Ironside, the film, his role and his awesome name.

Sequel was not Verhoeven. It really had no business even being a movie.
As far as the first movie, nothing beats Doogie Howser in an SS uniform
