Thank you Hetan.
I waited for this even though I knew it will just reopen wounds and put salt in them (feeling otherwise known as I want this book NOW

).
So many wonderful teasers - from meetings of powers to the real Apsalar.
It's interesting that being imprisoned inside Dragnipur doesn't stop one from being worshiped. Apsal'ara has not been forgotten or replaced.
Can she still use the power the worship grants? Is that's why she still has strength to pull the cart and still try to escape?
I wonder what will happen when Dragnipur is destroyed and how it be destroyed. Maybe the prisoners will start to escape and it will shatter it.
The great escape from Dragnipur.
The mystical sap destroying walls of reality. The fault line

I'm also sceptical of the stranger=dukier theory, as if he was dukier Kruppe knows who he is and henceforth he isn't a stranger, the line 'tells the story of our kind' seems to be a reference to travellers/wanderers or something sitting around a campfire, not to him being an elder god. And if kruppe is a god not a mortal ill be very surprised.
Same goes for Kallor others suggested - they both know Kallor very well and I doubt he'd have a nice welcome. I'm sure there are plenty of gray-haired, gaunt wanderers around.
And I agree about god thing.

Oh and I'm surprised more people haven't had timeline whiplash from the karsa's daughters bit, either the entire beginning of HoC and its recount of the teblor lifespan is wrong, or SE's managed to squeeze in around 80 years in by my guess around 10 years... which is impressive even for SE. That said I'm settling for happyily ignoring it for now, as it does sound like it could be cool.
It's more like 5-7 year olds and I'm not thinking about this. Not at all
Evolution, just like gravity, works even if you don't believe in it.
Stupidity doesn't hurt but it kills.
