I hope book 12 is 2000 pages long and a great read. Book 9 is not giving me much hope.

THis might sound heretical to big WoT fans, but the last book might end up being better for being writtne by someone other than Jordan. I think he lost his way, had too much he was trying to accomplish, and was never going to get focused again. The last book could be better than any of the first 11. That would be sweet. Regardless, I'm in it until the end.

Book 9 redeems itself in the climax. Bet you wont see it coming - I didn't :D

Book 10 sucks though. 11 has some badassery of its own as well

I made a similar point a few pages ago...and I agree.

His story is so massive he just kinda got tangled up in his own plot threads.

I have faith that the notes he left will be enough to get BS to give us a good ending. I just want some blood and carnage! :D

Don't we all, don't we all...

Reading MBotF has it's own curse...reading other books makes me wanna kill someone. Is a little bloody war too much to ask for? Some violence and screaming? I just want some blood!

You didn't see the end of 9 comming?

I have seen pretty much everything from 7+ comming, although not in the order it was presented...

Well I knew the end of 9 *would come*... I didn't realize until late into the book exactly what Rand was up to.

Sometimes I wonder if the whole exercise was part of a bet he made with his teenage self - to see if he could write a best-selling multi-book series about cleaning a dirty taint.

I hope for a long book as well. I haven't read a good tome in quite some time.

Oliver Twist and the COunt of Monte Cristo were the longest I think
