Kallor wont be allowed ascend. If you consider how Kruls power has adapted, hes broken his curse, Nightchill has had her curse fulfilled, but I dont think Draconus will get out of Dragnipur... Not unless someone like Icarium is around to clean up the rest of the mess that would escape,and Iccys out of action right now...
