Actually, QB wakes up in a sweat at the end of book 10 and realizes it was all a dream.
He looks in a mirror to make sure he is himself and then that scary dude from Phatasm reaches out of the mirror and says "you loose boy" and grabs him.

I've always thought it was Lady Envy, as she is one person we have been explicitly told did NOT attend the chaining, and her absence had some bad consequences.
Poor little daughter of Dassem.

I'd like to see Tehol make the killing blow.

Easy to resolve that argument.
Make CG, Karsa and icarium watch barney the dinosaur and see who cracks up first.
Even better, barney interspersed with tellytubbies and the muppets

I know it's hard 'byss, but the message will get through eventually. Maybe even by the time ICE finishes his 5 books....

I saw that film recently. What a load of crap. If the guys making it didnt make it a joke on purpose they should be executed.

I know the CG has many enemies and I think it could be anyone really -
but one name that keep coming up in my mind is Quick Ben. Actually is is
more of a combination of Quick Ben, Fiddler and Kalam.
But for instance, how can we be sure that Quick Ben wasn't present on the
last chaining? We know Cotillion was there. Why not Quick?
I wouldn't put money on anyone of the 'obvious' characters - like Icarium or
Karsa. Or even shadowthrone, even if that isn't such a bad bet.
Actually I have no idea what I am talking about, but I want it to
be Fiddler or Kalam or Quick Ben. Or Cotillion. Or all four.

Go to my TBH thread about fiddler's last card game. Bottle gets Deathslayer.
No doubt about it, Bottle is going to save them all! Yee-haw!

Yeah, but it was a scary movie. Well, when I was in Jr High and snuck out and watched it by myself in the middle of the night with everyone else in the house asleep. Not as scary as the flying monkeys from Wizard of Oz when I was 6 but still...

They only make that comment because of the Eres'al's interest in him. Note that everytime she's around and does something, it's because of her interest in him (and making him make a mess of his pants every time).

This still seems wide open, but Karsa and Cotillion look favourites at the moment, with QB not far behind
Of course, book 8 could change all that

I figure it's Fiddler - book ten, last ten pages or so, he puts a cusser-loaded munition up to the back of the CG's head and says "This crossbow shoots moranth manufactured cusser alchemical munitions. It can blow a Hound of Shadow into the next warren. Thing is, in all the excitement, i can't remember if i already shot two, or three. So ask yourself, punk, do you feel lucky? Do ya?"
- Abyss, no, is not taking this seriously, why do you ask?

I think its Karsa. It may be misdirection but within a chapter of that quote we have Karsa talking to one of the CG's unbound T'lan Imass.
The unbound says like, "The CG is a true god, but the other gods bound him in chains."
Karsa says something like, "I hate chains, I will break his chains-."
The unbound says, "good, that's why he made you his knight of chains."
Karsa replies, "-then I will kill him."
