I'm not so sure of that vaiski.. after all Cotillion was pretty thorough on his questioning of the dragons.. in particular the nature of the wounded warren.

Okay I missed the new bit, but still.. it would mean relinquishing his power somewhat.. I just don't see ST doing that, voluntarily that is :p

Although he didn't become an ascendant for power did he. He wanted a longer life span so he could investigate the azath further. Meaning that he may be willing to sacrifice some power so long as it doesn't interfear with his plans with the azath
