I suspect "the self reflection that this has triggered is leading me to realisations that I really don't like" is a major part of it but he'd never admit it.

A Haunting Poem
I Scream
You Scream
We all Scream
For I Scream.
I Scream
You Scream
We all Scream
For I Scream.

His wife forgave his killer within 2 weeks. Now even if this is the Christian thing to do should I be alarmed that she was able to supposedly to accomplish this amazing saintly feat within 2 weeks. To me that is inhuman rather than virtue and seems perfromative.
Tangential to the topic perhaps but I am left aghast at how quickly his funeral was turned into a political stunt.
Im also curious what the chrisitan philisophy is on this. I was taught that murder is such a heinous crime because the person whose forgiveness you would need to seek can no longer possibly provide it. God forgives, but so must the wronged party or at least you must aim to make restoration to earn their forgiveness.

Well, I'd much rather Nico be here and trying to converse in a polite manner than out in the woods alone with his thoughts and Fox News, fondling his guns and writing a manifesto.
So yeah, please give the guy a bit of a break, eh? Let's not become an echo chamber. That's how people become polarised like a lot of USA society has gone - past the point of reasoned or even polite discourse.
And before you say anything, no, I don't necessarily agree with him.

I agree with Sombra, and I may have come across as harsh, I find Nico fascinating at the very least he possesses a totally alien world view to me
