TE = Tight End

W/R/t = Is a flex player... Any of a wide receiver, running back, or Tight End

De= Choose a teams Defense. i.e Phillies defense

BN= Bench players who are on your team but that you don't start. Typically a handicap for a potential injury or in case of a breakout.

During the season your bench may rotate with different players that you pick up from waivers each week.

Yep. Generally, we mostly use the position for additional running backs and wide receivers, as these positions are the most injury prone, but you’re likely to use a spot during the season to shift your Quarterback(s) and round 1-3 RBs and WRs to during their bye week, they are too valuable to drop to the waiver wire.
If your main RB tends to get 30 touches a game, like Saquon, you could decide to already draft his backup, who you hope will be worthless all season long - right up until their main guy gets injured, then they can be a league winner.
