I'm not going to fight for Committee as I don't think I'd be able to get anyone on my side for it. Ergo, I am willing to sell my (12) votes to someone else for it. Doesn't have to be in trade goods - IH, Morgoth, Tapper your agent abilities are appealing, for example, though probably not worth 12 whole votes on their own.

Committee is awesome, but I am not sure I can offer you and at the least one other player both sufficiently attractive packages to get enough votes.
At the same time, I am struggling to find a good price for the 12 that are mine. Tatts' agent would be welcome, but it would be useable only during next status phase, which is quite the delayed gratification.
