Yep. Nor would he be able to do use his agent on me, which he hinted at, but if not playing Warfare, I have a choice between taking Rigel (which he wanted 2 turns delay in), or playing a stall AC, one which you as my only neighbour will likely not appreciate.

I don't think you're under any obligation to help the Mahact (or anyone else for that matter). You already accomodated him by not moving into Rigel with your first turn. If push comes to shove Letnev has plenty of shove, so he'll probably just accept what you decide and come after me anyway.

The +2 commodities relic would be really interesting for you and Khell, 8 commodities is pretty amazing, but it would allow Khell to nab your flagship when you refresh commodities.
