That's a ridiculous price on top of quann and almost certainly 2vp.
3TG I can do, but not my agent. And we agree not to molest each other.

I would say it's still less ridiculous than you suggesting 5TG only.
It's a potential 2VP in a future round at which point others will be well ahead of me, while also stopping me pursuing the only 2VP objective this round (because what would be the point of taking Quann then?). Without the Agent the price I'd agree to certainly goes above 3TG for your War Sun being returned immediately.
Is the Agent off the table? I don't mind you choosing the time to play it. Otherwise...6 TG and a Quann borrow and no molesting?
Just to clarify, are you going to be moving the destroyer next to my homeworld away? If so I can agree to 6tg, a quann borrow and mutual no molesting

I only have one action at the moment, but if that Destroyer can reach whatever system I activate (absolutely no idea as yet!) I can make it move, yeah. But if it can't, I won't be using my one action on it. But if I manage to make it to the Leadership recharge without passing, then there should be no problem with moving it.

Tatts, I have to ask: why did you use Skilled Retreat to save just a Destroyer?

I am really struggling to understand your thinking here, Khell.
IH is at 9 VP with the POLITICS card and Mecatol Rex, so he's obviously gonna make himself speaker and take IMPERIAL next round. If he scores the 3 attachments objective this round he'll be at at least 11VP for next round, then he immediately plays IMPERIAL and wins early next round.
Having his war sun back immediately will certainly help him hold onto MR and/or his homeworld. Not having it back would make it trickier for him.
I could understand it if your deal took away Quann from him so he can't score the attachments objective, but you're only taking it in agenda phase after he scores with it so he won't care at all about losing it. And you won't get to hypothetically use it to score until two status phases from now, which is beyond the point where IH probably wins anyways.
At the very least you could have made it a binding deal where you give him back the war sun only when you receive Quann. As it stands, IH got everything he wants (war sun immediately + uses Quann to score an objective this round + you agreeing not to fight him) and you get nothing but a handful of TG until past the time the game will probably end... plus if a miracle happens and IH can't score the attachments objective this round despite getting his 2nd war sun back, there's nothing binding this deal so he can just hang onto Quann and go for it first turn next round.

If it was possible to take Quann earlier I would have. For whatever reason, it was written in that DMZ can only be traded in agenda phase, so that’s impossible for me to do.
As it is, IH still needs another planet with an attachment in order to score that 2VP, so I suggest that nobody lets him gain another one. If IH stays to the deal, then mine aren’t at risk from him. There’s a few other possibilities, so those people need to get their houses in order.
As for giving him the War Sun now, again, not ideal, but at least it’s 1) still off the table for this turn at least, so there’s advantage to be had if anyone’s feeling predatory; 2) even when it’s built again at least it stays in the same place this round (hopefully); and 3) if I’d refused, IH could have gone as far as to force the issue by turning Lodor into a supernova and gaining his War Sun back that way.

Using his hero on Lodor would blow up your dimensional tear so he wouldn't blockade anything and wouldn't get the war sun back, leaving him with 1 war sun in an activated system far from MR. I sincerely doubt he'd do that.

I don’t think it’s just blockaded but also if it’s destroyed, the player who destroyed it gets their stuff back. But perhaps I’m wrong

On the new map: I think D'rek's ships in IXth shouldn't be damaged anymore.

I couldn't find a firm answer on this, but the key word is blockaded and I don't think the supernova would result in a point where you are blockaded.

Possible but holding rex, my homeworld, the ability to score 2vp this turn or score a 2vp agenda next time are by no means certain.
I am going to try and do this but it's not straightforward and I'm expecting to be stymied.

Tapper or Morgoth would you be interested in a deal where I vacated areas on the edge of the board to enable you to score that objective in return for the loan of one of your attachment planets.

I would need to make a quick calculation of how many CT that VC would cost me before I can answer. Don't count me out, however.

I am so far removed from the 5 system PO I see little point in negoating for it

Map comment (I'm bored): I think Arinam-Meer should have a L1Z1X token on it after the destroyer retreated there.
