I don't think I can trade action cards unless I'm mistaken? Getting d'rek involved seems needlessly complicated.

The only promissory notes of mine I have are my trade and political PNs, and my racial which is useless for you, but I'd be willing to trade them.

Not sure why you think involving D’rek seems complicated, seems very simple to me. I’ll have a think about a deal, though I don’t see ACs as off the table just because we have to use an intermediary.

In the meantime, are you waiting for us to strike a deal before you take your action, or are you still thinking about what to do?

If you have a realistic price in mind just say it IH. What's the point of hemming and hawing and offering naught but peanuts you know will be turned down? Obviously Khell isn't going to take a deal that's worth less than even building the war sun costs, let alone the opportunity cost of not being able to have 2 suns on the board.

Great, although seeing as you’ll be getting your War Sun back straight away, I would also like to throw in the agreement that this round you will not venture into, attack, molest, or otherwise antagonise in any way my territories as they currently stand (and including Quann).

Though having just looked at quann the wording is:During the agenda phase, this planet's planet card can be traded as part of a transaction.Does that mean it can't be traded outside of the agenda phase?

I would say it's still less ridiculous than you suggesting 5TG only.

It's a potential 2VP in a future round at which point others will be well ahead of me, while also stopping me pursuing the only 2VP objective this round (because what would be the point of taking Quann then?). Without the Agent the price I'd agree to certainly goes above 3TG for your War Sun being returned immediately.

Is the Agent off the table? I don't mind you choosing the time to play it. Otherwise...6 TG and a Quann borrow and no molesting?
