Doesn't seem worthwhile (or even viable) to me

Yeah you'd have plenty of opportunities to block it

Also twelve since the only way I see that working would be if predictive intelligence was not exhausted, looking back it should still be exhausted as you exhausted it in the agenda phase and only planets get readied at the end of the agenda phase.

Should really have spotted that sooner!

Also predictive intelligence is much better than I thought as it gives a flat +3 votes to each agenda you vote on whether exhausted or not. You just can't use it in the next action phase if you lose a vote. I thought once it was exhausted you didn't get the votes, but it's worded as passive ability so you get the votes even if it's exhausted.

Wish I'd researched it last game now +10 to each agenda vote would have been great!

What? Things refresh after after the agenda. If not then so much for my big gambit.

No, it was like that before PoK, too.

It was like that before POK but I don't think there was anything that would have been affected by it, no non planets could be exhausted in the status phase.

There was a handful of things that were affected by it - some agenda cards that get placed in play areas and give an exhaustible effect, and some faction technologies.

Ah true instinct training could be exhausted in the agenda phase! I don't think it's come up in forum play yet though.

Yeah that's the big one. The other one off the top of my head is L1Z1X Inheritance Systems, 'cause there's a few agendas that resolve with players researching new tech.

Oh yeah interesting! So many little rules, you think you understand how it works and then something appears! I can't imagine how many rules misunderstandings skate by in real life play.
