For serious, though, I don’t crave my Trade PN back all that much, I have a funny feeling that I will want to be Speaker for the agenda phase, I sorta kinda want Twelve to have second pick as I continue to feel bad for him (more honestly, I think it’s least dangerous to let Twelve have an early pick than anyone else on the board).

I did want to build with that, but if I am going to be okay with that I need assurances that you'll spend it this round?

I’d spend it this round but I also may not use Vortex straight away, so you’d have to actively choose not to build it if you’re thinking of building early. I’d like to also put in the ‘don’t attack each other’ proviso to this agreement, for all that’s worth.
