I wouldn't even call it "washing the commodities" per se, since when we usually use that term it's not got the same time crunch that Mahact infantry impose (e.g. if, say, Tapper and Morgoth are negotiating to "wash" each other's commodities it doesn't typically matter if they do it immediately or a turn later). Twelve's desperation to throw the commodities at you before actually settling on a deal because of the last opportunity cost from him losing more infantry while commodity-capped makes it a whole other scenario with different leverages.

That said, I appreciate Twelve making that sort-of-a-gamble move just to keep the game going rather than leaving the game stalled while the negotiations go back and forth.

Wow. What an upset on that battle. Very cool prototype play though, Morgoth, I've never heard/thought of it being used on a ground combat before but fits perfectly with Sardakk doing it.

I am not so sure yet that he will actually pull that off. IH has not yet agreed to the deal so it's not settled. Tatts, you could use your last move to build in your home system, so not wasting resources, and then take Mallice next round (even exhausted, you’ll still get the 2TG, which you wouldn’t this round anyway as I’ve already used it). It’s not like I’m going to do anything in the meantime to try and keep Mallice as you’ll be keeping that dread fleet on my doorstep.

The likelihood you would still own Mallice if I did that us pretty slim.

If I only have one move left this round then I may as well make it count.
