I'm fine with Khell receiving my PN. On the condition it is never used against me, and that it is returned as pr my original agreement with D'rek.

@Tapper, I would like to buy War Funding from you if Tatts and I don’t come to an agreement.
FYI I have a deal from when I refreshed Tapper to use his War Funding once this round, but I think the timing will work out fine for you to also buy and use it. I should only need it during Twelve's upcoming turn when I presume he'll try to retaliate against me, but even if Twelve doesn't attack back I can pass it back to Tapper on his turn.
Like so:
Morgoth
IH
D'rek <-- Tapper passes War Funding to D'rek
Twelve <-- if Twelve attacks D'rek, she plays it
Tatts
Tapper <-- if Twelve didn't attack, D'rek passes it back to Tapper (and I'll give up on using it later)
Khell <-- Khell buys War Funding
Tapper didn't want anyone to "hold on" to it for the round, but I'm hopeful he will agree to my holding it for just those 1/3 turns between us like this so I can use it defensively if necessary, since he can still sell it to you after.

@ D’rek, I wonder if there are any action cards I can buy off you? Or if you can pass along Tekklar Legion for one turn if Morgoth agrees?
Of my current hand of action cards, there's only 1 that I don't already have plans for. It's not something I want to tell the whole table about, so I'll ask Blend to show it to you. Let me know if you're interested.
If Morgoth agrees, then sure I don't mind passing along Tekklar Legion for a bit. Similar to War Funding, I'd want to hang onto it during Twelve's turn as I expect to need to use it defensively, but it could pass to you at the start of your turn and then I could get it back from Morgoth again after you use it (since in that deal I got infinite uses of it this round). But Morgoth will have to agree.
I'd agree to the War Funding construction.
Of course, I do expect 1 TG for the hire of it, Khell.

IH. It sounds like I'm going to have a high rate of Infantry deaths in my near future. If you become my neighbor and are open to a layaway program I can start feeding you trade goods towards the purchase of your racial. Does this intrest you?
Yes, but I don't think I'll be neighbors with you anytime soon

Morgoth, Tapper, I can agree to both those terms, thanks very much. Let’s see what Tatts says then.

Tatts, I guess you have some choices now. Get into a big drawn out fight with me, or go take Mallice. I will retreat, and I will not fire my PDS if you do. If you like, we can then negotiate borders further.

A forum play rules question:
So IH changed his action after changing his mind. He did that soon after posting the original action, and I have no problem with that. But my question is, how long do you have before you can no longer change your mind?
For example, I posted my action, and then a while later Tatts started talking about invading one of my systems. Now, could I have gone back and changed my action to something which would instead better protect me? At the time I decided I could not, because 1) I would be changing it a while after posting, and 2) I was changing it based on new information. However, technically, it was still my turn, so...

We don't have a specific rule for this. Perhaps we should.
Definitely you can't change your mind after anyone else has done any official play like taken their turn, played an actin card on something you did, etc.
And agreed that it is bad form to change something after some new information is revealed in discussion that you didn't think of... but at the same time if someone is just pointing out that you forgot to put in a trade or whatnot we allow that even though it could technically be called a misplay you should have to live with instead.
If no one plays anything on/after your turn and there's no new information from discussion, how long should you be allowed to fix/change your turn before your turn is "over" ? I dunno, we've never really set a limit before.

Yes, I would have said nothing at all if you had not played your turn and some time had gone by.
I am still mulling over my turn and my heart is swaying towards you Khell. My mind is not. I just cannot see a clear resolution which won't end up in back stabbing and betrayal.

So either D'rek is the only one with a sabotage or you all are well... You all realize I offered a VP for a sabotage use right? And no one thinks a VP isn't worth 1 action card? Noone?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Well, that's really on you. The reason you believe that is because you think you've riled me up so much that there's no way I won't seek revenge. That's nothing I've done. I've actually never broken my word to you.
Look at it this way. Invade Lodor and we'll definitely have a drawn-out conflict. Any dreads I capture, you will never get back. I will never use them.
Don't invade Lodor and there is much less chance of conflict. I don't say it won't happen - I have never said that - because it might, but that would be due to objectives, not vindictiveness. Right now, there are three POs for me to chase, plus my SO, none of which involve having to fight anyone. So what's in it for me to stab you in the back? Believe it or not, I don't actually play this game with the intent to go after others while losing my own chance at winning.

Make no mistake, I would be doing it to score the construction PO and reducing a threat.
Whilst having fun at the same time. I obviously don't want the drawn out war but as you say it may go that way.

5TGs from me buys you a PO. That and no contest of Mallice, which gains you a CT and TGs in later rounds.
