My racial PN removes all ground forces from a planet and sticks them on a different Saar-controlled planet. So it allows someone to take over without a fight.

I can indeed loan a use of my agent for a fee. And also not to be used against me blah blah standard stuff.

How many units can Khell build at a time? Normally for us it's the planet resources plus 2 but what is it for Saar?

Whelp it looks like Khell is keeping Rex this game. I'm not even going to try unless I get IH's ceasefire. Blend are we still swapping supports now that I've vacated your airspace?
