Ya, like IH says it is "neighbours" in the in-game term ie anyone you have an adjacent system to, not "neighbours" as in the player sitting to your left/right. (I think in TI3 it was the opposite, and you specifically had to have more planets/influence/whatever than the players sitting to your left/right for those objectives, but this is the opposite of that)

Since the agendas both went against there's no decisions to be made in the resolution, just remember to remove a fleet CT in your status block (and exhaust planets if you're IH/Blend). Starting strategy phase 3 now.

Does Push boundaries include home systems? So IH would start on 3 and I 1 for example.

Do any of you collect pokemon cards? As my daughter has an interest its something I've started doing with her but buying them is a complicated business. How do I go about getting a complete deck? She wants fairy and ghost types but it looks like fairy have been stopped.

As far as I understand it, to get a complete deck you should re-mortgage your home while setting aside about £250k.

Ugh, I know I'm going to regret this. Up to this morning I was like, 'leadership or tech, leadership or tech.'

Blend, I'd be happy to exchange alliances, as we discussed. Also, I would like to move a destroyer into Kraag - Siig. We discussed how I could do that in return for not protesting your move into the rift. Is that still acceptable to you?

So at the beginning of the game everyone was doing all they could to poo poo me moving into Rex. Why isn't there a peep out of anyone about Khell sitting there and now grabbing Imperial. What are we going to do about it?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I say we rise up and expel that dirty Saar! But first - hey look, what's that over there? That looks important, we must focus on that thing there!

I will provide moral support as you fight the saar menace!
On a serious note... I don't see much that can be done to prevent Khell claiming the imperial points at this point.
You have no ships in range, even with aetherwarp help, no one else has a fleet which could contest Khell over Rex except maybe Tatts, but he'd need aetherstream and your alliance card to stand even a remote chance.
Morgoth has thrown himself on the saar mercy, and Blend and I don't really have enough plastic on the board to compete.
As always with saar, they win if no-one starts gobbling there planets up behind them. Morgoth seems happy to camp and let the saar distract everyone from the fact he has a ridiculous economy and point scoring engine, and Tatts has had a terrible start so doesn't have the plastic on the board which would let him seriously harass Khell's rear lines, and Khell has smartly blocked the wormholes.
So he's probably going to claim the imperial points, but I'm happy to support any reasonable saar control measures.
Probably a good idea for anyone on an alpha wormhole to snipe that vulnerable space dock in the asteroid before he gets Chaos mapping and it goes out of control.

If I wanted to do something about the Saar, there's not much I can do. His naval power is so far beyond mine it seems foolish to lose a SFTT when I have no ability to take anything from him and keep it more than a round at most.

Someone will need to take pllitics so he cannot grab imperial next round or the round after.

Or nobody grabs Politics and you do the noble thing and take Imperial next round.
In any event, I doubt I'll be holding on to Rex beyond this round. Didn't take long for that oh so typical Saar prejudice to surface. And you call yourselves progressives!

We have already traded alliance PNs, we did it when I took Quann.
No prob re Siig/Kraag

It's not prejudice if it's true
