And I'm not sure I care enough to try and stop you. FOR vote - fine. AGAINST vote - also fine. Unless Twelve/Morgoth/Tatts wants to make a compelling case for why I should care about this more? I get that IH and Blend form a powerful voting bloc, but if we really want to stop them from carrying a vote a certain way later in the game we probably could still do it even if they're not reduced to 1 vote. Or am I wrong?

From what I can see it's rarely of use for agenda's which people really care about, but pretty powerful on agenda's people are meh about

I'd let you occupy air space in Lodor when you are ready to score the outer Rim and you'd let me occupy air space in Quann. Can you see a way of making this work?

We would have to swap both alliance and sftt tokens back. I'm not expecting to be in position to score outer rim anytime soon though.
Can't you just hop through mallice to another wormhole?
We could potentially work out a deal but I think it will be quite tricky.
