Ok, so looks like everything is correct now. And barring any objection from Morgoth to how we handled this, I am changing my TA to something designed to prevent a possible 3rd Tatts SO play (though if he has *both* Unveil Flagship and Make an Example there's not much I can do about it). I'll leave the previous version of the TA in the post so he can see what it was before.

There is no struggle too vast, no odds too overwhelming, for even should we fail - should we fall - we will know that we have lived. ~ Anomander Rake
My sig comes from a game in which I didn't heed Blend's advice. So maybe this time I should. ~ Khellendros
I'm just going to have to come to terms with the fact that self-vote suiciding will forever be referred to as "pulling a JPK" now, aren't I? ~ JPK

Like I said Drek, no plans to attack you unless in retaliation.

I'm more than willing to give up the 6 ct PO to get my Ceasefire back and go to town.
Thoughts Blend?
Would you be willing to give me your SftT for a bit of Mentak bashing if she comes calling?

It'll be the worst decision you've made this game Drek. I promise you.

You know what, it doesn't matter whether I change my TA or not.
Let's say Tatts wins his fight against Twelve handily (which is probable) and scores either Unveil Flagship or Make an Example of their World.
He has no more spare CTs to spend if he still wants to get the stage II PO, so the 3rd SO to reach 10 VP must be scored with that board state. The possible 3rd SOs he could score this round are then:
Control the Region -- 1VP -- Status Phase -- Have 1 or more ships in 6 systems.
Monopolize Production -- 1VP -- Status Phase -- Control 4 industrial planets.
Diversify the Empire -- 1VP -- Status Phase -- Control 2 cultural planets, 2 industrial planets, and 2 hazardous planets.
I can take out an industrial planet with 1 action to stop 2 of those, and he can't afford to counter it without spending a CT. Maybe he has an action card to prevent it but nothing much I can do about that.
If he has Control the Region, well after the fight in Arinam/Meer he'll have 7 systems with ships, and I think I could hit 1 but not enough forces in range to go for two.
So my best bet is to just go for one industrial planet to block the 2 planet control ones and hope he doesn't have Control the Region. Even if I did two unlikely space battles trying to stop Control the Region, that's poor odds since there's 2 possible SOs I'd no longer be stopping by not going for an industrial planet.
Hence, I'll leave my posted turn as-is and still throw away the 2 cruisers vs Blend, do the industrial planet thing next turn, and leave it at that.

I was in a happy bubble. I told you I had the PN SO if someone else had it they'd shout it out. Too risky to lie.

Well, anyhoo, I'm officially locking in my latest turn as the tactical action in Jol-Nar, as written. Everyone else has passed so it's back around to your turn, Tatts.

He could also have the 2 faction techs SO couldn't he? I assumed that's what he has and why he seems so confident.

I dont see how we vote on anything else. Wish I had a rider.
All my votes will definitely be going on FOR on the Wormhole Agenda.

Counting on it actually so it clears the wormholes so Blend can take a stab at your homeworld so you dont win.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
