COLONIAL REDISTRIBUTION (DIRECTIVE) -- Elect a Non-home, Non-Mecatol Rex planet | Destroy each unit on the planet. Its controller chooses a player with the fewest victory points to place 1 infantry on the planet.

PUBLIC EXECUTION (DIRECTIVE) -- Elect a Player | Elected player discards all action cards. If they have the speaker token, they pass it to the player on their left. They cannot vote on further agendas during this agenda phase.
