Well we arent neighbors at the moment but when we can sure. I'd like to leave open the possibility of the yellow skip use but that is at least a couple of rounds from now. Also why didnt you use my racial when I popped Imperial? You could have gotten a free secret objective. And I want/need to sell it again.

Blend and IH needs to punish Tatts for leaving himself wide open. You cant let Sol have Rex and an intact slice.

I'm inclined to move into some of your empty systems, as twelve says leaving sol with a full slice and rex is asking for trouble.

As always though I'm willing to come to an agreement. If I'm happy with the resulting borders we can exchange sftt, but giving you rex unopposed is a mugs game.

Can you embargo his space dock? Woukd that break any of your agreements with him? That's not trying to take anything it's just preventing him from building any new ships.
