It would certainly be appreciated - I'll be wanting to move there next turn I think.
Worse comes to worse I can move in anyway and you can try retreating. No guarantees that it would survive that way, but if it's not out of my way by then I'll likely do that.

I dont have a valid retrat option so I would prefer to move out. I was hoping to wait to move but I'm okay with moving it earlier.

Nope, I don't have enough TTs to both move in to Tek/Torq AND produce, and I need to produce a bit to ensure I can keep a hold of what I've already got before I start taking more.

Yup. He let the cat out of the bag early. 2 carriers 2, 5 lvl2 fighters and 5 infantry. I'd get crushed in the space combat and likely beat handily in the ground combat too.
