I think I'd prefer it to come out against, if it goes for there's 50% chance twelve gets to keep his warsun AND get a VP, and he gets a VP regardless so yeah with the imperial rider I think it should be in the common interest for it to come out against

But I'm not sure if my votes would have any impact on the outcome and with a 0/4 planet with a prereq the second agenda is more important to me (yeah not about your dread tatta)

It's still early game, you really think it's that big of a deal for Twelve to get a VP right now? I'd rather take a risk between his losing a War Sun or all of us getting 2 techs, which gets us all closer to scoring the 2 first agendas.

No, the agenda affects everyone. It would say "Each player that voted on this agenda" if it only affected those that voted on it.

Tapper and Twelve can't vote on the first agenda, so likely will both vote FOR on the second agenda (that's 18 votes on FOR).

Between Tatts, Drek, Nom and myself, we have 36 votes.

If I vote AGAINST on the second agenda, and Tatts votes FOR on the first, and Nom votes AGAINST on the first, that'd put us at 9 votes FOR, 11 votes AGAINST on the first, 18 votes FOR, 7 votes AGAINST on the second, with Drek's 9 votes unaccounted for. She'd be able to sway the first vote, but not the second...

Hmmm... Guess maybe my offer to Tatts probably isn't that attractive in the end...

At the end of the day it is only a dread, it just means I have to be more careful.

I mean, once the agenda is gone, it's not going to come back up in this game. Not 100% certain, but having this come up now and losing 1 dread is a lot less painful than it would have been a round or two down the road by which time you would likely have fielded many more dreads and/or cruisers and this would have been a lot more disastrous. Even if you get all of Drek's votes on AGAINST for the second agenda, you and she can only TIE the result, which means that either Tapper or I will be the deciding vote.

Nom has stated he's likely voting AGAINST on the first agenda - if Drek votes with you on the second agenda, it means that AGAINST will win on the first agenda as I don't have enough votes to counter Nom, so I'd be the deciding vote on the second agenda, and I'd vote FOR.

If Drek decides to vote on the first agenda, result of second agenda ends up being FOR, so I think you're screwed no matter how you look at it.

I am hoping for the 2 tech's but there is a possibility that it is Twelve's ship that gets destroyed which means nothing to me. You are right, if I had a fleet of dreads with cruisers that would have hurt more.
