And im pretty sure there are no action cards in play which would let twelve get imperial, so I'd rather he had rex then anyone else

That said I realise you are attached to taking twelves systems and completing an objective, i have a support for the throne on offer to anyone who stops morgoth scoring a 2vp PO, could that change your calculations?

Since self interest isn't helping people stop Morgoth and Morgoth's diplomacy play and all my planets being eliminated have prevented me being able to do anything about it myself, may as well sweeten the pot.

How am I? You are saying this because you believe you can win so what's the difference in me stopping you winning and you stopping Morgoth?

I'm saying this because if you do it I don't even have a shot to win. I'm still holding out a slim hope it's still possible but if you come in and gut me I'm very sure I'm done so my motivation to prolong the game is over. And who's to say the next objective is to take a home world and your conveniently located fleet would be in prime position to make a move on my homeworld.

I get the ceasefire for using my action card not if it works. If the first gets sabotaged then if Tapper can hold off using Leadership until after Morgoth passes Morgoth won't have the actions available to take any more planets.

Edit: my second action card takes away a tactical action so essentially Morgoth will have to pass unless he has stall action cards to use.
