From the books, it's the Isle of Butterflies and the people are called the "Peaceful People" because they believe in pacifism to a pretty extreme degree. I don't remember if that was established in the show though.

The people of Naath are also peacefull because the butterflies carry a deadly plague, so slavers can raid the island but anyone who tries to settle on the island who isn't a native and has no immunity gets the plague and dies. So the entire unsullied army is about to die! Would have been a great GRRM moment to show on the show,

Decide for yourself. My only problem with stuff like that is that QuickTidal will use deleted scenes or interviews to explain away gaping plot holes or bad story or shitty editing in the actual finished product when I bring them up. The extra stuff shouldn't be necessary to make sense of the episodes we were given.
