7. fill 3L jug from tap
8. fill 5L jug from 3L jug -> 5L jug now has 4 liters in it

Riddle: Fill the 3 liter up, pour it in the 5 liter. Fill the 3 liter up again, pour it in the 5 liter so you have 1 liter left in the 3. Pour out the 5 liter onto a plant so you don't waste it. Pour the 1 liter into it. Fill the 3 liter again, pour it into the 5 liter, 1 + 3 = 4 liters.
