I'll be honest, aside from the Disney animated content that my kids will love and watch over and over...THIS show is the MAIN reason I want Disney+. Nothing in the main saga films is impressing me, but Jon Favreau on a live action TV show with Pedro Pascal as a Mandalorian, which also seems to feature Werner Herzog? PLUG this into my veins!

And let's not forget these episode directors -

101 Dave Filoni.
102 Rick Famuyiwa.
103 Deborah Chow.
104 Bryce Dallas Howard.
105 Dave Filoni.
106 Rick Famuyiwa.
107 Deborah Chow.
108 Taika Waititi
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

That looks way better than I expected.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

How did you expect this to look bad?! Everything we’ve seen from it since pre production has been fantastic!

TLJ looked fantastic in its previews, and then turned out to be even better than anticipated.

For The Mandalorian, I hadn't seen many visuals previously, and frankly expected it to look essentially on par with Netflix's Marvel shows or BSG budget-wise. Instead it looks like Game of Thrones (you know, before that had a negative connotation).

They came with white hands and left with red hands.

So cool to see an IG droid in action!

There is a 93% chance that i watch it day 1. That could always be bumped to as low as 0% depending on what the boss says.

Disney said episode 1 of this show is going to have a major "spoiler" (their words, maybe they just mean twist or revelation?) regarding the movies: https://ew.com/tv/20...poiler-episode/
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

The SW leakers are saying the spoiler is
Spoiler

Seems unlikely.

There are a lot of clickbait articles that are claiming 'the new star wars series has star wars spoilers!' And then show some of the new content of the show...

To follow... New tv series contains actors! And a plot!

For such a big corporation, Disney sucks at distribution. Releasing Disney+, with Mandalorian, in Europe at the same time as the US would make them a ton. I'd snap it up.

Instead, like Rebels and Resistance, it's going to be a wait n see. Or, wait, get impatient, see where else it's available.
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

March?!

Actually, if I had to guess, it’s negotiations with your various government versions of media regulators like the CRTC in Canada, rather than Disney causing the hiccup. Every time something is delayed coming to foreign shores it’s almost always the regulators, not the content providers....the content providers want you to have the service day and date if they can.
