Scheduling confusion means I'm about an hour early for my game, so reading feedback using City's wonderful free Wi-Fi.
I can't really argue with Kazooie in terms of: no reason to buy xbone or upgrade to Win 10 yet. But microsoft is definitely gearing up for the NextBox, and buying Ninja Theory will help them fill that action/adventure niche their exclusive lineup's been missing (and where Sony owned them hard). It remains to be seen how Playground will handle an RPG (
supposedly they've been handed Fable), and Compulsion... well, that's a dark horse if there ever was one. The "AAAA" Santa Monica studio will probably try to create a new Microsoft flagship franchise- something story-driven, since that's what the former Crystal Dynamics head should know best.
As for exciting things to look forward to: Metro looks fantastic, and Avellone working on Dying Light 2 makes me super-excited for that game that was probably the single best surprise that no one really talked about in leaks, etc.
Also, Sekiro looks amazing. Must buy the DMC collection and play those.
Really my biggest question now is what the hell Squeeenix is gonna show tomorrow? We've had massive trailers for Tomb Raider, Kingdom Hearts 3 and Just Cause 4 already! What are they holding back?

And I want to state that Ment has out-weaseled me by far in this game.
