Even just fighting over something in the background would have been good...
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Rebels Recon is a show that airs after every REBELS episode. It's a hosted show where they talk about the episode with creators, discuss what's coming, and show trailers or clips for coming episodes. It's shot at LFL headquarters, and they have a custom-made Chopper who rolls about and torments the host. He's not nearly as durable as the R2 units they use in the movies ect. But when R1 was shooting, LFL was called and they asked if they could borrow the custom Chopper model for a cameo.

So would it have killed them to stick a chain gun on it and had him roll by a line of Stormtroopers?
Hell, a chainsaw would have worked too.
Meh.

Wasn't sure where to post this so here it belongs.
This is a deleted scene of Cheewie ripping a guys arm off. This is a great scene that I think probably isn't suited for modern cinema but is again reminiscent of the first films.

Most modern movies would be vastly improved by the addition of a scene where Chewbacca rips someone's arms off.

The whole part in Maz's inn could have been the best part of the movie, if it had been slowed down a little. Alas, Abrams just isn't capable of those kind of scenes.

I think he means that he's heard the tentative BluRay release date for RO is April 4th.

You'd think they'd opt for May 4th instead...

I just saw it again at baby cinema. No new insights as I didn't really concentrate but I love Admiral Ackbar's species. They get things done.
Thatd be the Mon Calamari species.
Yes, you've eaten their babies at some point lol. A little rubbery.

No deleted scenes on it. Motherfucker..
Also mods can take out Rogue One from title and put Han Solo temporarily till we get its title. I'm sure we ll get it for Celebration.

From what I"ve read the deleted scenes are the alternate ending. I'm perfectly fine with it as stands.

I'll be interested to see the alternate end, mind. Meant to be a lot, lot darker (one of the few examples of fairly extreme studio interference that seems to have gone down well). Tbh I'd quite like a whole director's cut coz the trailer made it fairly clear there was more changed than just the end- more Vader for example.
I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you.

Finally saw Rogue One.
I must say, I was really impressed. The opening was a bit choppy, but the end was excellent. Vader was mindblowing.
Are there any EU books or comics which focus on this badass angry Vader just destroying everything?

There's actually the newer Darth Vader comic book series where he kicks many, many kinds of ass.
Screw you all, and have a nice day!
