Well I just did a deep search on 80's cartoons and didn't find anything that remotely tied into those pictures. As I said it was a deep search....and I seen some things better left unseen....I think I need to go lay down for a while......

Why would people do such things.......why

The 80s were rife with gloriously cheesy scifi one-season wonders.

...none of which i'm going to use in this game ever again.

I was subjected to a marathon of them once... it was... entertaining. The alcohol helped.
