Also, today's picture is superb

I seem to remember the artist submitting it with a comment of 'here is a quick one I just threw together' or something to that effect. I'd like to think that he was understating things just a little!

There's nothing more Christmas-y than KB's child: one human parent and one vengeful parent w/ supernatural powers (nevermind it's the same guy), and of course the miracle of necroman...I mean resurrection.

You got it in one :( I think the child is even more creepy than the parents, lol. Well done Nom!

I'm sitting here in my happy corner. Everything so far has been fantastic.

Plugos Menandore is brilliant, literally. I had to dial dow the screen brightness :(

KB's child is suuper creepy and more reason for me to Dodg- ahem, "save the books for later." Noms been producing some great stuff lately, you should all look forward to more!

And then there's Onracks Tehol and bugg. :p I need to scoot over to DA and fav it twice. Excellent stuff!

Ironically the one thing he does badly is 69.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

You're only saying that because you're jealous and know that he's not active here anymore to disprove, shame on you!

Although Admitedly 69 is a difficult number to wrap ones head around...

Too many awkward angles.

A number known to have defeated many stiff limbed mathematicians.

The topper one is great but ehm...next year someone should tell the artist she's not supposed to reveal it before it's been revealed in the calendar

It's a great image, almost classical fantasy.

Topper is of Andiian decent though is he not?
Beautiful blend of foreground and background.

Why, yes, according to wiki of direct descent even. His facial features don't look like typical human to me and the wiki description fits perfectly, the artist apparently took it all into account. Looking at it now in the detail I love how she managed to make it look like that subtly without giving him big pointy ears and obviously alien features. It's so natural and believable and obvious when you pay attention to it, awesome!

Don't blame her, blame me. I wasn't precise enough in my messages. Forgot to point out that new=unpublished. But she already signed up for next year. :(

I understand Dolmen. Topper as a Half-Andii is actually missing a shade of grey :(

It's Peter Pan!

No seriously, I love the style, but holy hell, Topper is not white, that's literally the first thing we find out about him. That standard hollywood model face just kills the image for me *ducks away from the incoming hail of "how can you be so mean?"*

Common sense says you don't reveal advent calender stuff before the day, if what I'm understanding is correct that it was available somehow before today.

Only if you take it way more serious than it needs to be taken. :p

If you can't be bothered to take it at least seriously enough to play by the rules, why are you participating? Several people have done a bunch of work to make this happen, I don't think everyone realizes how much it takes to get all the people together and set up the site accordingly and the stress it is to make sure to gather enough images. Sure, it's fun, but there's a concept behind it. If you can't wait a couple of days to flaunt your stuff, don't agree to do so.
