I will if it is a semi-final. One of the very few chances for England or the Netherlands to actually win something, so you'd better not be too derisive. Two matches and you can have a trophy that actually sort of perhaps means sometihng. Vaguely. If you squint.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Watched every one of San Marino's matches. Fascinating. I was on the edge of my seat for every one. Six losses. GA=16 / GD=-16. There should be relegation for League D, but since there is no lower, they can't be. Oh well, we'll get 'em next time.

Goal Zone put up statistics for that 3-1 win by Liverpool over Man. U. Wow, Man. U. is absolute rubbish.
And Mourinho says they can still finish fourth. Suuuuuuuure. I want what he is smoking.

I've heard the Dutch are the ... tallest ... white people.

Premature? Overdue? Deserved? Not? Discuss.
IMHO it was obvious he wasn't a fit for the new setup, but whether the setup he was given by the club was realistic for his style ... well I guess we'll never know for sure, but I'll take a punt and say "Nope".
So by that logic, were they angling to get rid of him for a while now?

they handed him a new contract not so long ago that means firing him will cost them a fucking fortune now.
was he angling for it?
Yes.
he has been setting up the blame game for this since the summer. He complained all summer about them not backing him in the transfer market, he has been scapegoating pogba and fred for ages. Jose used to be a genius media spinner, can't see him pulling this one off though

Can't say I'm surprised. Feels like we've wasted a few seasons. I mean, winning the CL this year will make up for it but still...

That just sounds like a line from a Guy Ritchie film.
@TS
Yeah, OGS swooping in to save the day at the last moment (we hope!) would be in keeping with what he used to do on the field back in the day. Quite the goal sneak, young Ole.

Ok, you soccer heads, I need your help.
So, Wolverhampton? What are they, the Wolves? Or something else? And what is their deal and/or history? Asking because I may elevate them to my second favorite club (behind Tottenham), especially if they are the Wolves.
They are about to kick it off against the slack jawed droolers from Liverpool.

Wolverhampton is a town in the Midlands near Birmingham. Their team is Wolverhampton Wanderers but it's easy to shorten to Wolves. Dunno if there's much more of a connection then that.

Mo Salah has some of the best feet in all of professional football (probably second only to Messi). Agree or no?

Bobby Firmino has better close technical control but Salah blows him away with his pace and timing for running
