I'd say if England make the semis Kane should be a shoe in

Messi and Ronaldo out on the same day. Germany gone. Open tournament.
Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Spain out. It's becoming anyone's guess as to who is going to win but I imagine Brazil are feeling quite good right about now. If we beat Columbia we play Russia I think.

Holy crap! I was just thinking about that scenario. England v Russia in the semis. Croatia is favored over Denmark, right? I think Russia (with home advantage, plus cheating shenanigans) could beat either, and so that scenario is likely to come to fruition.

Damn, I hope Mexico beats Brazil tomorrow, and Japan beats Belgium. That's a tall order though. Whoever thinks that side of the bracket is an easier path to the final is daft.

Denmark have played quite exciting football this year I wouldn't rule them out as a bit of a dark horse.

When was the last time host nation/s didn't advance pass group? It has at least been 24 years.

It’ll definitely happen in four year’s time.

Brainfart. You are right. I wouldn't be surprised to see that moved or the Qatari's spend a billion dollars on influencing the event.

I'm gonna be honest I have no clue how the lower half of this cup could pan out. Yes England look strong in their group but the Swedes and the Swiss are turning heads, Columbia shares the title of giant killers with Mexico and lets be quite candid, Russia should not be doing aswell as they are so anything could happen.

Ok my Bet:

I want a Brazil England final.

Brazil to win

Score 3-2

Third place France to beat croatia.

Wow, some fine keeping on display during Denmark/Croatia PKs. Tough loss for Denmark. They were the side with more pressure and opportunities.
