In this situation, in the game, the Bridgeburners should team up to go after The Fifth, turn the culture hunt around. They don't have to give their faction away, just a bunch of people saying "I'm not of the fifth", leaving them exposed. If they continue down the route of lynching off Bridgeburners or Bonehunters there will only be one outcome.
