Man I'd be taking a bat breaking shit right now if this was Saints and they had a record like Panthers. I'm sure Bru maybe doing this atm.
Peyton you better announce your retirement on field afterwards.

I agree that he should retire. He won't announce it tonight though. But his arm has nothing left. Denver's defense got him this ring.

Wow that was surprising. It was all about the defense as both teams O was terrible. Broncos managed to adapt...

They just didn't play like they wanted to win. They went out there with 0 morale and that sac, fumble,TD in 1st quarter put morale in neg X 100. That wasn't the number 1 team we ve seen all yr. they were a joke.
Man I bet people lost fortunes last night in betting circles...

What Denver's defense did to New England was one thing. Patchwork offensive line, a lack of interest in running the ball and a fairly immobile QB. What they did against Newton was even more impressive. I did not think he could be corralled and kept from running (mostly) AND hit hard and actually sacked like that. And I STILL thought Carolina had the ability to take the game away until the 2nd strip/fumble and Denver TD.

"Off season load"??? WTF???
They play for like 5 minutes total over the whole season as it is.
That rule is stupid. Minimsing physical training for a certain period immediately post-season I could understand. Anything further is just treating them like special, precious little Princess Snowflakes.
OTOH, that is what they are ...

Funnily enough, this was I think set up by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the players' union and the owners. It also means for example that newly drafted rookies cannot get up to speed with what their coaches demand from them up until June, and have a couple of months to derail and fall under the influence of the wrong kind of agent/friend/assistant.
