Well, until this point it was just easter eggs with no confirmation. Although, as you say, the clues were there.

But The Girl and the Mountain offers confirmation. The funny thing is that it's the Impossible Times series that links everything together and that's the one series that hasn't been read as much as the others. . .

We don't have all the answers yet, mind you. But with all 4 series now clearly linked together, perhaps volume 3 will unveil even more how all those disparate storylines are related. Maybe we'll have to wait for future books.

Lawrence told me that his next project is something completely new. So we're not getting the Broken Empire novel taking place in America just yet. . .

The Sisters trilogy is one of my favorites but I never read the wheels of osheim.
This is very interesting.
Only just found out about the Book of the Ice series.

Just saw on Reddit that Mark Lawrence paid for the translation of THE WHEEL OF OSHEIM out of his own pocket so that his Brazilian fans could finish reading the series after it was dropped by his publisher after the second installment.
