as somebody who purchased lettered and sold numbered to fellow users, you just email Bill at Subterranean Press copying in the new owner and explain they now own the rights and all the others books and Bill does the rest. It is very straight forward, Sub Press rock! Sorry to hear about the hard times though mate, hope it picks up for you soon, and I hope at least you get a nice stack of cash for your books to help you out. I would also try Ebay and offer global shipping, Books have no import tax so anybody can buy them, and to be honest, you can ship them securely for around £30 (I did) so thats not much at all

I found this to be the hardest of the PS books to find after Night of Knives, I got mine from Ebay, but Alibris might be a good bet for you too. Good luck finding one, it looks awesome on the book shelf!
