I do not know if this will let me have all the quotes in one go. I liked Pallid's day one game, it's a shame he is no longer around. each of his votes and steps are thoroughly put down for us to see.

I am not a fan of the HP vote either. But we do need something to get this game going.
I am the butler and I say that the maid did the cook in the pantry with a candle stick. The freaky part was the lack of lube. Ha oh.
OK, the previous vote was a bit of a joke, but this one is serious. Denul says that he feels we need something to get the game going. He also says he doesn't like GL's vote on HP. Now, there's an easy solution here: he could vote for GL, thereby expressing his displeasure and simultaneously helping to inject some action into the game. But apparently Denul doesn't feel that it's his responsibility to actually do anything about getting the game started himself. He's quite happy just pointing out that the game needs to move without doing anything about it.

Vote Denul
A game where nothing happens is a game the scum win - in my book if you're facilitating that you're at best an obstruction to finding the scum, and at worst a scum yourself.

I looked at Barghast while I was looking over Kaschan. He is a little suspect. The other one is Eloth.
At least Eloth was willing to interact with others on thread and talk about what was under discussion, whereas Barghast didn't even acknowledge any of that stuff. I'm going to put my money where my mouth is and:
Vote Barghast

Worth bearing in mind that this is a Killers vs Town game according to the OP. That means no symps, and it's probably safe to assume two paired killers. So given that, why are people looking for signalling? There are no roles to code and no reason for anyone to need to signal anyone else. Interactions and distancing are the name of the game in a scenario like this.

@NG: I've removed my vote twice: one was a joke vote (Sukul Ankhadu) and one was immediately refuted (Denul). Would you not agree that in both cases removing was justified?

as of page 2 I was unimpressed with Pallids monkey in shit fight approach
Better to fling shit everywhere than laser in on one person and then give everyone else a free ride, that's my opinion. Your sour grapes aren't anything to do with the fact that my first vote was on you, are they?

Can't argue with Ampelas' case on me too much - the timing on that thing with Denul was pretty ridiculous, not much I can do about it though. And I have been trying to interact with people to get a feel for their reactions so I guess there are inferences to be made based on my play. But I did think his reaction to getting a vote on him seemed a bit strong:

Either they, Galayn Lord, or Nimander Golit - or some combination thereof - are scum. I say this because they've all been middling, with GL and Will-Never-Be-Anomander only really spouting off when they've been called into question, before then subsiding again. I chose Ampelas though because he's been even less of a non-entity than that.
Ironic coming from the guy with 3 posts? Maybe. Doesn't make it less valid though.
Not ironic, hypocritical.
It's day 1 and I laid out my case for voting Pallid, when we start seeing CFs we can do more than joke about with each other. Until then you can fuck right off.
Telling someone to fuck off for voting for them just seems a bit over the top. It was almost as if the whole point of his case on me was to put something out that made it seem like he wasn't middle of the road, and then when he was accused of being that anyway it got under his skin.

Top 3 in order of most to least suspicious: are Galayn Lord, you(This is a mix of Amps case and some gut), then its a toss up after that, maybe Nimander i guess.
OK, interesting. What makes you put GL at the top of the queue (beyond the obvious OMGUS)?

Right, well my time is just about up. I think I'm going to leave my vote where it is - switching it will not help at this point. Anything people want to ask me before I hit the sack?
EDIT: X-post with Liosan.

OK, I've had a look back on GL at Liosan's suggestion. As he pointed out,
the key thing on GL is the distancing angle. Denul attempted to link Liosan and GL together, and GL immediately put down a vote on Liosan in response as if to refute the accusation. Here's the key section:

I was thinking the random vote on HP was showing that you didn't care who you voted for (scummy imo) but with the remove vote due to HP appearing it seems like you were just jumping the gun on trying to get people to appear and post when there wasn't anything happening on thread. So you lose suspiciousness to me
This seems like a post trying to say that GL is town like to me. This makes me want to pay more attention to both you and GL.
Galayn Lord, on 18 June 2014 - 03:37 PM, said:
Agreed, I dislike that post immeasurably. The style of judging an alt on single posts rubs me up the wrong way.
Vote Liosan
It's a real stretch of a reason, as far as I can tell. The fact that he has made an attempt to disguise that he is trying to sever Denul's hypothesized connection makes it worse - I would have been less put out if he'd just gone for a "I'll show you!" style post.
I feel like this is better evidence than what I had against Barghast, so I think I'll switch to support Liosan's cause:
Remove Vote
Vote Galayn Lord
ETF: lack of Remove Vote

And with that further vote hop (yes, yes, I'm being indecisive or whatever - I feel like that's how you're supposed to be on Day 1 though), I'm out.
He was going to leave his vote on me, but followed Liosan's case/OMGus onto GL. Yet that is the basis for Eloth's current vote.
