Firstly Korabas your read on OL was good. I have a better picture of him in general.

Ok on to recruiter and recruit. I think GL was recruiting Denul. This is prior to the old game rereads. I felt GL had activated a condition on thread that made Denul a new recruit. That oy bolding really felt like a subtle use of ability. Only MO has had weirder out of context text. Its why i assume with henchman dead further recruitment unlikely. As a recruiter with on thread actions It forced GL to be shady and kinda balanced things in my mind.

The idea of a recruiter is one way to look at the TMDi shift. Im imagining many scenarios at the moment and will avoid adding too much speculation on thread but basically this.

Any other questions i may have missed im happy to answer.

Recruiter and recruit: I sriously doubt the henchman would be the recruiter. That seems to be a role that Hau Fat would play, no?

Ok, happily answer this one please: there has been one use of an ability triggered by on thread phrasing. Neither the vote block on me nor Denul's claimed ability required such. Why for do you think that scum would use trigger phrases??

Firstly not saying all scum would use trigger phases. GL used unusual triggering stuff, just looking at the smoke and suggesting there might be fire here.

I'm basing this read on the premise a game like this would be impossible to play if recruitment did not have on thread activity we could spot recurring. Its the only way I can entertain ideas of recruitment. seems incredibly one-sided (considering our ratios) if it is in effect with no on thread presence. To be honest just rereading previous games I have not seen evidence of recruitment. '

This is an entirely different setup but I think recruitment as a mechanic would need greater numbers and a steeper ratio to be allowed complete invisibility.

Yep in hindsight I have to agree with you there and yes I am watching the thread closely as I have all game. Feel in this game too much developments in my absence makes it hard to follow.

When I read Tiam I groan because I am suspecting something like this was pre-considered. His speech at the end about how he's been a very bad Town just annoys the hell out of me but I can see the logic. It does seem to go out its way to apologize for targetting MO. I have my doubts about this but I saw Tiam in a very scummy light for following GL. If Tiam knew he was Scum this would paint MO in an oddly "he is not the droids you're looking for" type light. If Tiam is Inno well I really can't apologize from seeing his activity as suspicious ESPECIALLY since he mirrored someone whose faction he shared.

Most interesting Day 3 ever? I must say, at this juncture this might actually be really good for town. If there is recruitment and this was a suicide Vig, yeah, we don't want it in scum's hands. And, one of the things we seem to really be suffering from is the CF's regarding nationality. This will give us more to work with mid-day.

It's not whether I was doubting your townhood or scumhood, it was more I had a lot of trouble following your theories without seriously engaging my faculties. Somehow your sentences/train of thought writing has been hard to follow. (Maybe I'm just dense). And you HAVE come up with some things that didn't seem terribly likely game-design-wise.

Honestly I Let my mind run away with me, I try paint multiple scenarios in my head and get over excited when those scenarios seem to click into place i.e. Korabas analysis on Eloth and my own curiosity around late Day 2. I admit I could work on reigning it in. Will take it under advisement.

The fact Eloth jumped the gun yet again when okral lom had yet to really pitch up upsets me. That's twice something like this has happened.

Anyways I'm interested to see how this game concludes. If there are questions I'm happy to answer them before PS comes in and makes this official, whatever this is.

Someone mentioned MO as town for meta reasons - I have to ask can you still be sure of your meta when they'd taken a break for a while from mafia because if the factions agree then potentially this just cleared OL and we need someone new.

Considering recent Developments I really see this as an awesome way to take pressure away from OL and don't think it a good idea you let up but if you do I guess MO needs pressure as does Kesso. Seriously though the absence of response from OL during a weekend when he should have maximum time to play is alarming me now. Don't know why Eloth thought it such a hot idea to vig me when theres that huge piece of the puzzle still missing. I won't get to defend my POV but atleast my CF will come out to show I told the truth about myself.

If Denuls guess is correct OL deserves more pressure after this, not less.
