I'll make my move in a few hours when I get to a computer.

Okay, I can do one of two things, but which I do is dependent on IH and Gnaw's plans. Basically, do you need me to move my interceptors out of the way this turn (they're currently in Iota Persei)?

So jealous of Morgy's double research right now. Filling the tech board takes so long...

um why? are you thinking upgraded dreads with shields vs morgoth? or something else? You are going to struggle with an effective build there, I'd think upgraded dreads with sentient hull and missiles would be more effective. Have you tried working out the odds for whatever ship you build vs morgoths on the simulator?

Eh. Provisional retracted. The toasters say it's the wrong move.
Tattersail, it's still your turn anyway.
What do you suggest I do oh mechanical one?

You've got two strategy routes you could do down, overloading him with ships or building ships which can hurt him.
If you want to hurt him you need have ships with 3hp minimum to survive the initial missile barrage, then computers and enough missiles to hurt him so your looking at either a cruiser with missiles and sentient computer or dreads with the same. The tech which would make you a threat is positron comps (which also score you an extra VP), then you can have cruisers with 2 sentient hull and 1 comp and 1 missiles, which have a ~25% chance of killing one of his cruisers or starbases in a 1 on 1 fight. If you want better odds than that a dread with 3 missiles, 2 sentient hulls and posi comp, or 2 missiles 2 posi comp and 2 sentient hull has reasonable odds against one or two of his ships (you're talking reasonable odds of 3-4 missiles hitting in both these cases), but if he has more than one ship it's probable he can destroy your dread, so it's only really a sure thing in a one on one.
Your other option is to overload him and try and get ships behind his lines, in your case if you do this with interceptors, there's a low chance of a hit, and if he builds in his hexes you have slim chances of winning, if you are doing this I'd advise at least one ship that can do some damage, as otherwise all Morgy needs to do is build an interceptor in 3 hexes and your threat is nullified.
2 dreads, or dread inty and cruiser may be your best spend of resources.

In that case bombs away, though you might want something with a bit of punch if he moves to attack you.

Huh, well I guess Gnaw will be the one with the traitor card at the end then.
I'm surprised you're not aiming for the person whom ruined your chances of a decent score.

Huh? That would be, in descending order:
Me (Picking Draco on a whim)
Me (Not reading up on Draco)
IH or D'rek (whoever lied to me early in round 1 and said you couldn't influence from a pinned ship.)
Me (Listening to ^)
Me (playing poorly)
luck (that damn hive)
Twelve (that damn hive when all I wanted was to be his ally)
