So Khell was it you agaisnt the mighty computer or were you going toe to toe with real people?
Me against the computer. It was the first time that I'd tried out the IPad version. I have to say that it's very slick, though I miss not having the expansion stuff. I recommend it.
The computer does behave quite 'human-like' sometimes, which is cool. For example, I never figured that the Planta computer would decide that making its dreads into Plasma Missile gunboats (4 sets of missiles!) would be the way to go. It does do some quirky things though - like always influencing and colonising, even though it's clear that as soon as the round is over, it will have to de-influence the same hex in order to stave off bankruptcy.

I also had the computer opponents set on two peaceful, two neutral, and one aggressive. Though I'm not sure that had much effect on the way they played. For example, the supposedly peaceful Planta were the first to break diplomacy and invade the Draco. And the 'aggressive' Orion did largely nothing for the whole game.

So, we're going to play Eclipse on sunday. I think I'll have to purchase the expansion before then. Perhaps I'll try and make the Exiles work, thus proving my dominion of all.

And as Khell put in a provisional that I assume got deleted somehow of upgrading his Cruiser with a plasma cannon and an additional hull over the electron computer. It looks to be back to me.
Now what to do......

I bet they could be made to work the same way I made the terrans work this round. Don't get greedy with territory, hunker down and research, with adequate defenses, then prepare for action in the latter 1/3 of the game- perhaps with the help of a warp portal development or something.

It occurred to me that Khell's action would let Grievengy know that they had a second reaction coming. Might have affected their decision on the turn 7 reaction.

Heh. It would require some stupid decisions in upkeep, but it is theoretically possible for 4 players to bankrupt out this round.

Why there and not into 304?
Edit: Nevermind you took off the second drive so can only move one hex at a time.

Hmmm. Twelve, I do believe you're in trouble. Veng can afford to do another action.
Rotation will definitely be clockwise.
