Except for the Planta, who know for a fact that space is merely the darkness of the inside of a vast shell, which holds within it the precious life of the seednut.

Please notify your ship captains to exercise extreme caution when traversing Formahaut space. Our intelligence agents within the splinter faction inform us of a dangerous new weapon development from their research facility. We had previously thought the technology for Antimatter weapons too energy-intensive for practical use, but they have developed a miniaturized version capable of firing using only a pair of ship-based nuclear energy sources.
Miniaturized it may well be, but it packs a very heavy punch. The separatists have stated their intention not to harm the Terrans' allies provided that there is no overt display of aggression, but we can never be sure. If you must approach Formahaut, do so with weapons and shields powered down. This procedure has been working for Directorate ships and has sufficed to keep diplomatic ties open. A display of unity and peace from both our factions toward the separatists is the best way to buy time and continue with our pacifist agenda at the moment.
Intelligence shows that the separatists have not yet fitted any AM cannons to their starbases.
On a less somber note, we have reports coming from our Hydran-Terran cooperative labs on Mars that we have developed an advanced robotic technology. This should significantly enhance the economic productivity of our sectors and free up funding for the peaceful expansion of our ideals.

Use Pulsar upgrade: put a 6-energy source on the fighter instead of its current 3.

@morgoth
Are your plans to cap the other draco system under the GC this turn? I'm guessing that starbase upgrade is so you don't need to leave the one you got last turn totally undefended, yes?
Things must be spread pretty thin with the amount of systems under Hydrani control. If you need to offload systems to free up resources for your efforts near the GC then I can take em over, even if it's only temporary.
An extra material world would go a long way to helping me get some monoliths built in the late rounds. I also have to re-deploy cubes in Spica for more material production, so it would be efficient if we could combo-up a swap (if you think one is advantageous) with that.

@ GC: I don't have advanced economy, so I haven't populated the adv. economy on Lambda Aurigae as you have me doing, just the regular one (and the regular science one).
MOVE Dreadnaught from Lambda Aurigae to Zeta Andromedae.
Edit: Changed move to something legal, oops

Don't your dreads have two nuclear drives? Why didn't you move all the way to Gnaw's homeworld?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Aldebaran may have fallen, but deep within the planetary cores the hidden shrines still thrum with energy. Subspatial pulses ripple across the galactic plane and the Grid's base manifold trinity remains intact. With this structure in place I can reach farther, work harder and divide my attention more efficiently. It feels pretty damn awesome.

@ Tatts. I'm not certain that's a good idea Tatts. Pretty planet as planets go. It's not worth you burning up that many resources to save it. D'rek can build 3 more ships and Khell can build one more.
I think you need to withdraw that build while we decide what we're going to do.
Edit: Better yet let's make it simple: DON'T defend draconis. I don't need it.

Gnaw I can beat khells three ships.
I want drek to relieve me of some hexes
You also can relieve her of some.
I want drek to have some ships on my side of the board.
Ask IH what he thinks. I think he will agree but he may give different advice.
That hex is the best for building ships in regardless.
