money: 5 + 8 -13 = 0
science: 3 + 8 = 11
materials: 5 + 6 = 11
If he did not, I am at
money: 5 + 8 -13 = 0
science: 3 + 6 = 9
materials: 5 + 6 = 11
any open colony ships are to be used on materials - there's at most 1.

Tappers new balance
$ 5 +8 -13= 0
S 3+6=9
P 0+6=6
That's wrong.
I built a fighter with Pulsar, not a dread, and used 2 colony ships for mats, so I have 7 starting mats (8 -3 + 2).
Science depends on whether or not Morghy accepted the ambassador - it might be 9, it might be 11.
Money is correct.

I was told it was impossible for you to take on another ambassador?

I can discard a combat rep tile. Which I think I mentioned I would...
I have 4 ambassador slots, 3 currently occupied by ambassadors, 1 by a 2 pt rep tile - I'd say I can discard it for an ambassador tile if I want, since I can also discard it for a higher rep tile?

For easy ref:
If you're still up for an ambassadorial exchange, so am I (dropping the combat tile).
I'll go for a science cube.

You only have a limited amount of ambassador tiles. Most races have three, pirates have two.

Both per Gnaw's player board on page 1 and the manual, I have 4 multi-purpose slots (same as Exiles and Lyra). So if I can discard a combat point tile for an ambassador, there's no obstruction.

Yeah but if you look at your player board you don't have any ambassador tiles left, you only get three, all the slots are multipurpose, but that doesn't change the fact you can only have three diplomatic relations.

Damn losing 310 would have made my course of action crystal clear. But now that I won I have no idea what I should do now. Every course of action leaves me super vunerable to a counter move.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I predict a race to pass this round. flux missiles and sentient hull are both pretty great tech, and the missiles especially are very affordable.

Very affordable! from a man with 15 science production, everything is affordable
I've never had such a poor science production in a game, 2 science is a real struggle
Gnaw are you going for positron computers or fusion drive?
There is definitely an argument for keeping positron computer away from twelve/morgoth as long as possible, and it will be useful for you as well.
Any thoughts on what I should do, I could get fusion drive, tractor beam, starbases or plasma cannon, all have their plus points and downsides.

This is why I expected somebody to bitch about the draw and yell at me for doing it before everyone had finished their own upkeep.
Maps are up.
Know errors:
Tapper's upkeep maybe
The VP aren't added up.

Tatts, IH: what the fuck do you think I should do? I have to be mobile to be threat. Which means no starbases.

1. there are no more neutron bombs.
2. Morgoth can afford Gluon
3: It wouldn't suprise me a bit if Twelve passes. Or influences 304 and then passes. Everything he needs to do to keep you out can be done reaction

$0, Sc 6, Ma 13
Edit: my reasoning teammates is that my mats allow me to build 3 ships. nano potentially saves me a move.
Editto: changed research action. see post lower down
