Captain Ryan would like to send his regards to the Descendants of Draco. He tips his helmet towards him in a way of greeting. Noticing the hand drawn map, that is floating just above the map table, he notices that they (Draco) are only one hex away from potentially touching. His current orientation of the latest explore shows that he is very open from multiple directions. Was this their intention? How do they view our race? Are they wanting to ally up for mutual resources?
